It means Charcoal Steamboat in Japanese.
I'm in love with Japanese food since I was a little girl hehe, family influence haha. It's in the blood! :P
Well, bro went to this steamboat restaurant with his friends and it is too nice, especially the soup (that's what he said xD), so suggested the family to have dinner there.
It's at the shoplots between Sri Sinar and the way to Segambut. :)
They use charcoal instead of gas to heat. Even experienced fire sparks flying towards me, haha interesting :D
Ordered the set (the only available set) which is RM70 for 4. Consists of vegetables, mushrooms, egg tofu, clam, prawn, pork, fish balls and meatballs :) not forgetting noodles and eggs hehe. There's mihun (rice noodles), soy noodle (if I'm not wrong) and the ultimate Charcoal Noodle!!!! haha I'm excited cuz it's too delicious :)
The charcoal noodle is black black black but it won't blacken ur teeth no worries. My first try on this noodle and it's super good :D and so we ordered extra charcoal noodle heheh.
The soup is super nice, not the salty like salt is super cheap ones. Family agrees with it 100% :)
The sauce is the combination of green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce and fried onion. The chilli sauces are blended by the boss with garlic. Tastes real good, for person like me that doesn't like sauce, I tried and love it :)
Had great dining experience, the lady boss is so friendly and teaches us how to make the sauce and the order of putting in the ingredients. Excellent service and it's air conditioned, very comfy :)
Lastly the pics ^^ (using phone so pictures will be all at the end of post~)
